Kanguru is committed to providing high-quality secure storage and duplication solutions; if your hardware does not meet your expectations, you may request a return within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure all encrypted drives and duplicators are returned in their original packaging with all included security certifications and accessories.
Return Process
- 1.Request an RMA Number
Contact our technical support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which is required for all secure hardware returns.
- 2.Prepare the Device
Back up your data and perform a factory reset if possible; ensure the USB, SSD, or duplicator is packed securely in its original anti-static packaging.
- 3.Label and Ship
Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box and send the package to our authorized service center using a trackable shipping method.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the hardware integrity and FIPS compliance status, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
